What You're Looking At
Go Roam Supply Co.'s eighth numbered giveaway doubles up. The official rules list the prize as a “2026 Custom Toyota 4Runner”, a “2026 Custom Toyota Tacoma” and “A $25,000 cash award/check”, all to one winner, and the homepage puts it plainly: “You can win a built out 4Runner + Tacoma + $25,000 cash.”
The two trucks were built as a set. Go Roam's giveaway-details page says the 4Runner has four-wheel drive, a lift and off-road tires, and that the Tacoma is color- and feature-matched to it; the paint is Toyota's Underground, a dark gray. In Go Roam's photos both trucks sit on black wheels and off-road tires, with TOYOTA block-letter grilles and auxiliary lights in the bumpers, and the 4Runner carries a roof rack. What neither the giveaway pages nor the rules give is the spec sheet a truck buyer asks for first: trim levels, powertrains, lift height, wheel and tire sizes, or a parts list.
Why It Matters
These are the two newest trucks in Toyota's body-on-frame lineup, both on the TNGA-F platform that also carries the Tundra, Sequoia and Land Cruiser. The sixth-generation 4Runner arrived for 2025 after the fifth generation's 15-year run, trading the old 4.0-liter V6 for a 2.4-liter turbo four (278 hp) or its i-FORCE MAX hybrid version (326 hp), always with an eight-speed automatic. The fourth-generation Tacoma, new for 2024, uses the same turbo four and hybrid. Go Roam doesn't say which powertrain either truck has, so horsepower is an open question here.
A matched pair splits the work neatly: the 4Runner as the family hauler, the Tacoma as the bed for bikes, firewood and camp gear. The realities to check are the ones every lifted truck carries: a lift and bigger tires change ride quality, fuel economy and speedometer accuracy, and whether the modifications affect warranty coverage depends on what was installed and by whom.
Go Roam has done this before. This is its eighth numbered giveaway; the homepage asks “Will you be our 8th winner?” and names the first: “Nicholas B from WA as the winner of the GRS#1 Winnebago EKKO + $40,000 cash!” The rules hand the drawing to a named third-party administrator, American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc. of Rochester, N.Y.
The Fine Print Worth Knowing
How entries work. Any purchase in Go Roam's store counts: the rules give “one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each one (1) whole USD spent”, rising during sponsor-announced Bonus Entry Periods to “between fifty (50) and one hundred (100) entries (defined by Sponsor) into the Sweepstakes for each one (1) whole USD spent”. Quick-entry packs start at $29 (the Copper pack, which adds 30 bonus entries). The rules also warn: “IT IS FRAUDULENT TO PURCHASE ITEMS TO OBTAIN ENTRIES WITH THE INTENT TO RETURN THESE ITEMS AFTER THE SWEEPSTAKES ENDS.”
The free route. Mail-in entries are hand-printed on a 3x5 card or paper and sent to a PO box in Macedon, N.Y. “Each mail-in entry received will be worth fifty (50) Sweepstakes entries.” That matches a $50 purchase at the base rate. Postmarked during a Bonus Entry Period, a mail-in is worth more: “it will be worth between two thousand five hundred (2,500) and five thousand (5,000) Sweepstakes entries depending on the level of Bonus Period defined by Sponsor at the Website”, the same as $50 at 50 to 100 entries per dollar. To claim that, “the Entrant must write the Bonus Entry Period (example, 50X or 100X) on the backside of the envelope”, and “If an Entrant lists a Bonus Period that is inaccurate with the postmark date, the entry will be disqualified.” The rules set no per-person cap on mail-ins, but each envelope must be mailed individually. Mail-ins must be postmarked by October 16, 2026 and received by October 21, 2026, and “The Prize drawing will be conducted on or about October 22, 2026.”
Getting the keys means a trip to Utah, fast. “THE WINNER MUST VISIT THE LOCATION WITHIN TWO (2) WEEKS OF PRIZE ACCEPTANCE IN ORDER TO CLAIM THEIR PRIZE.” The location is Provo, and “FAILURE TO DO SO MAY, IN THE SPONSOR’S DISCRETION, RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND PRIZE FORFEITURE.” The homepage says “We pay to fly the winner to Utah for title transfer and to give you the keys.” The rules spell it out: “The Sponsor will cover airfare for one (1) person and hotel accommodations for one (1) night.” That is one traveler for two trucks, and the rules make the winner responsible for “any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the vehicle”.
Short deadlines after the draw. A potential winner who “cannot be reached or does not comply with notification instructions within three (3) business days from the first notification attempt” can be disqualified, and the signed affidavit is due “within seven (7) days of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent”. Taking delivery requires “proof of a valid USA/Canada driver’s license from his/her state of residence”, and the winner “may be required to show proof of insurance prior to taking delivery”.
The value on paper, and the tax bill. The rules value the whole package at “$125,000 USD”, a figure the giveaway pages don't mention, and “If the actual value of the Prize is lower than the stated ARV when the Prize is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded.” Taxes follow the full figure: “an IRS Form 1099 will be filed in the name of the Winner for the value of the Prize”. At the stated ARV that is $125,000 of reported income, and the $25,000 check is one-fifth of it and taxable too. The winner also pays “title, license, insurance and registration fees”.
As is, with a substitution right. The trucks are delivered “AS IS”, with no warranty from the sponsor, and “The Prize vehicle may not meet safety or emissions testing required in some states, provinces and/or counties.” Go Roam also “reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value”.
Disputes. Claims “shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action”, and “any judicial proceeding shall take place in a court within the State of Utah”.
Canadian entrants. The rules pull two ways: the eligibility clause is “open to legal residents of the USA and Canada”, but the preamble says “Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you do not have primary residence in the USA”. The rules don't reconcile the two. A Canadian winner must also answer “a mathematical skill-testing question posed by mail or telephone”.

Why It's Special
Neither truck is rare on its own, since both are current-production Toyotas, but a color- and feature-matched 4Runner and Tacoma built as a pair for one owner is a one-off, and the sixth-generation 4Runner is only in its second model year.
Our value estimate
$125,000
This figure is the whole grand prize, anchored to the official rules, which value the package (the two 2026 custom Toyotas plus the $25,000 check) at “$125,000 USD”. That leaves about $100,000 for the pair, roughly $50,000 a truck. Toyota's 2026 list prices put that in mid-trim territory: the 4Runner runs from $42,070 (SR5) to $68,400 (TRD Pro) and the Tacoma from $32,545 (SR) to $64,750 (TRD Pro), before destination. For scale, a TRD Off-Road 4Runner ($50,490) plus a TRD Off-Road Tacoma ($42,815) comes to $93,305 before destination, a lift or tires, while two TRD Pros would list at $133,150 before any parts. Both trucks are new custom builds with unpublished trims, parts lists and odometer readings, so there are no like-for-like sales to comp against, and those details would move the number. The rules add that if the prize's actual value comes in under the ARV, “the difference will not be awarded”.
