Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and Manna Driven Investments LLC("GiveawayCars," "we," "us"). By accessing or using GiveawayCars.com, subscribing to our newsletter, or clicking our links, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the site. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the site or subscribe.

2. What this site is — and isn't

GiveawayCars.com, operated by Manna Driven Investments LLC, is an independent editorial directory of third-party car giveaways and sweepstakes. We are not the sponsor, operator, or administrator of any promotion listed. We do not run giveaways, collect entries, hold drawings, select winners, handle payments, or deliver prizes. Each promotion is run entirely by its own operator under that operator's official rules, which are the only authoritative source and which govern eligibility, odds, deadlines, and prizes.

3. Third-party promotions and sites — your risk

Our links take you to operators' own websites, which we do not control and are not responsible for, including their content, rules, pricing, data practices, the conduct of their promotions, whether a winner is chosen fairly, and whether any prize is actually awarded or paid. Entering any third-party promotion is at your own risk. Any dispute about an entry, drawing, prize, refund, or an operator's conduct is between you and that operator. We are not a party to it and have no liability for it. Always read and rely on the operator's official rules before entering.

4. Our editorial content is opinion

Our descriptions, value estimates, "is this operator legit?" assessments, rankings, and commentary are our editorial opinions, based on publicly available information believed reliable as of the date written. They are not appraisals, financial or legal advice, or statements of fact about any operator, and they may be incomplete, become outdated, or be mistaken. Value estimates are independent editorial estimates and may differ from an operator's stated retail value. If you're an operator and believe something is inaccurate, email support@giveawaycars.com and we'll review it in good faith.

5. Listings can change; verify before entering

We work to keep listings accurate, but giveaway details — prizes, deadlines, entry pricing, eligibility — are controlled by their operators and can change without notice. Always verify against the operator's official rules before entering.

6. Eligibility and law

Sweepstakes legality varies by jurisdiction. It's your responsibility to confirm that entering a given promotion is lawful where you live and that you meet the operator's eligibility requirements. Void where prohibited.

7. Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links are affiliate links, and some listings (clearly marked "Featured" or "Sponsor") are paid placements. If you make a purchase or entry through an affiliate link, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Paid placement does not change the facts we report, and we mark paid items as such.

8. Acceptable use and intellectual property

The site's text, design, compilation, and original editorial content are owned by Manna Driven Investments LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not, without our written permission: scrape, crawl, or harvest the site by automated means or at abusive rates; copy or republish our content or compilation; misrepresent any affiliation with us; use the site to promote fraudulent or unlawful giveaways; or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site. We may remove or refuse any listing, and restrict or terminate access, at our discretion. Third-party trademarks and images belong to their owners and appear for identification and editorial purposes.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, RELIABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE. You rely on the site and any listing at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANNA DRIVEN INVESTMENTS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY PROMOTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manna Driven Investments LLC and its owners, officers, and contractors from any claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of the site, your entry into any third-party promotion, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute that may be brought in court is the state or federal courts located in Vermont, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Any claim relating to the site must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; we'll change the effective date above and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to flag them. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the site. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to a successor (for example, in a sale of the business).
