What you're looking at

LGND's Official Rules describe the prize as "a 2026 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali Ultimate and a $40,000 prize check," and put the whole package at "Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) - $130,000." The truck is GMC's top heavy-duty trim, the Denali Ultimate, with the Duramax diesel. In current form that's the L5P 6.6-liter turbo-diesel V8, rated at 470 hp and 975 lb-ft and paired with an Allison 10-speed automatic. The photos show the brown leather and open-pore wood the Ultimate is known for, plus the Ultimate Duramax badge on the front fender.

LGND didn't leave it stock. The giveaway page's build sheet starts with an Inozetek Chalk Grey vinyl wrap, with the textured plastics painted and smoothed and the headlights and mirrors painted to match. Under it sits a Cognito 4-inch Premier lift kit with Fox PSRR 2.0 shocks, powder-coated in the same Chalk Grey, along with the sway bar, tow hitch, torsion bars and tow hooks. A Banks rear differential cover rounds out the underside. It rolls on 24x14 American Force Motion CC wheels and 35X15.50R24 Fury Country Hunter MT tires. The lighting list covers 16 LED rock lights, LED switchback door handles, bordered and tinted tail and third brake lights, a white DRL conversion and a 1,000-LED RGB starlight headliner. The windows are tinted 5% on the sides and 35% on the windshield.

Why it matters

This is the most powerful Duramax GM has put in a pickup, and the Denali Ultimate is as much luxury as GM puts in a three-quarter-ton pickup. Dealer listings put a new 2026 Sierra 2500HD Denali Ultimate at roughly $97,000 to $102,000 MSRP before any of this work. LGND's own $130,000 figure includes the $40,000 check, which leaves $90,000 for the truck, close to what a near-new Ultimate trades for.

The build comes with the usual trade-offs. A 4-inch lift on 24-inch wheels and 15.5-inch-wide mud-terrains changes how a 2500HD rides, steers and wears its tires, and the heavier wheel-and-tire package takes something out of towing and fuel economy. A vinyl wrap has a finite life, and the factory paint color underneath isn't listed. Five percent side-window tint and a 35% windshield are darker than many states allow, which matters given the rules say "Prize vehicle may not meet safety or emissions testing required in some states/provinces, and/or counties/municipalities."

The fine print worth knowing

How the truck gets to you. The giveaway page says the winner "will be flown out to LGND HQ to take delivery." The rules are narrower: the flight is "to view their prize and sign vehicle paperwork," and "in person pick up, or driving the prize vehicle from the Sponsor’s headquarters will not be permitted." The truck ships by transport company instead. "The Winner will have fourteen (14) days to provide the Sponsor with their preferred transportation company and confirmed address for vehicle delivery." The rules don't say who pays the shipping bill. "Vehicle title will be mailed separately from the Prize vehicle."

The value. "If actual value of the Prize is lower than the stated ARV when the Prize is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded." The tax side follows the same $130,000 figure: "an IRS Form 1099 will be filed in the name of the Winner for the value of the Prize," and the Prize is the truck and the check together. "Prize vehicle will be awarded “AS IS” without warranty by Sponsor of any kind."

Who can win. Entry is open to legal residents of the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada who are at least 18 and have reached the age of majority, and it is void in Puerto Rico and U.S. territories. An entrant is ineligible if they or anyone in their household "HAS WON A SWEEPSTAKES OR CONTEST PRIZE VEHICLE WITHIN THE PAST TWELVE (12) CALENDAR MONTHS." A Canadian winner must answer "a mathematical skill-testing question" and covers import, duty, compliance and provincial registration costs. A potential winner has to respond "within two (2) business days from the first notification attempt" and return the affidavit "within three (3) days of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent." LGND "reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any Prize component with another of equal or greater value." Disputes "shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action" in Connecticut courts.

Entries. The base rate in the rules is "one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for every whole dollar spent," and "two (2) entries into the Sweepstakes for every whole dollar spent" on items labeled MYSTERY, BUNDLE or FAST PASS. The rules let LGND announce multiplier periods, and the store is currently advertising that "every $1 you spend on our website will get you 200 ENTRIES." An LGND+ membership, new or current, is worth "thirty-nine thousand five hundred (39,500) Sweepstakes entries." The free route is a hand-printed 3x5-inch card mailed to LGND Sweepstakes, PO Box 227, Macedon, NY 14502-0227, postmarked by October 15, 2026 and received by October 20, 2026, worth 50 entries. Multipliers can apply to mail too: "If a mail-in entry is postmarked during a Bonus Entry Period (Entry Multiplier), it will receive the equivalent entry multiplier provided to purchases made at the Sponsor’s website." To claim one, "the Entrant must write the corresponding entry multiplier on the backside of the envelope," and "If an Entrant lists a Bonus Entry Period (Entry Multiplier) that is inaccurate with the postmark date, the entry will be disqualified." If the 200X on the store is the multiplier the rules describe, a correctly marked envelope postmarked during that period would count 50 × 200 = 10,000 entries, the same as a $50 order.
