Forged4x4 has cycled through Broncos, Sequoias, and Sprinters before, and for giveaway number 21 — its fourth van project — the build went to SandyVans, the San Diego conversion shop. The official rules identify the prize as a 2024 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter; the prize page fills in the camper hardware: full air conditioning, a 460Ah lithium-ion battery bank, 200W of rooftop solar, a Dometic fridge/freezer, a farmhouse sink, 30 gallons of fresh water, and seating for four. What Forged4x4 hasn't published in plain text is the chassis spec — wheelbase, AWD or RWD, colors, mileage all live on a build-sheet image rather than the page copy, so study that before you count on a particular configuration.

The money math

You rarely get comps this clean: SandyVans' own turnkey inventory lists comparable Sprinter builds from $145,000 to $179,000, with most AWD builds asking $169,000. Against that, the sponsor's stated $140,000 ARV for the van reads honest, even slightly conservative. Then there's the $50,000 check. Prize taxes are entirely the winner's responsibility, and on a $190,000 stated haul the federal and state bite is substantial — the cash component exists to keep you from having to sell the van to keep it, which is more than many giveaways bother with.

The fine print worth knowing

The sweepstakes runs March 27 through July 10, 2026 (9:00 p.m. PT close), with the drawing on or about July 20 — the FAQ says their administrator typically draws 7-10 days after close, announced live on social channels. Open to the US and Canada except Quebec, 18 and up (19 in Alabama, Nebraska, and some provinces), driver's license required. Paid routes: $1 spent in the shop equals 1 entry, the $12.95/month VIP club pays 15 entries monthly, and a $20 "Quick Entries" digital pack carries 60 entries. The free route is genuinely strong here: one 3x5 card mailed to the CSS PO Box in Pittsford, NY is worth 50 entries. Everyone is capped at 1,800 entries total, which keeps whales from buying the board. No cash alternative to the van appears in the rules.
