What you're looking at

The headline of Ghost Racing Project's "Venom" sweepstakes is a 2025 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali built as a full shop truck, not a stock dealer unit. The 6.6L Duramax turbo-diesel V8 has been tuned and fully emissions-deleted, breathing through a 5-inch straight pipe. Underneath sits a 3-inch leveling kit on Fox shocks with Cognito control arms, and the stance comes from 26x14 American Force wheels wrapped in 35x13.50R26 Venom tires. PTM lighting has been worked into nearly every corner.

This is the grand-prize package, and the truck is only the lead. One winner takes all of it: a 2026 Yamaha R1, a 2023 BMW S1000RR, a 2026 paint-matched trailer, and a $20,000 cash award. Ghost puts the combined ARV at $144,000.

Why it matters

A loaded 2500HD Denali with the Duramax already stickers in the low-to-mid $80Ks before a single accessory; the build adds well over fifteen grand in wheels, suspension and lighting. The pairing is the real draw — two serious liter-bike platforms alongside a heavy-duty diesel and a trailer to haul them. For someone who actually rides and tows, it's a turnkey setup rather than four unrelated prizes.

The fine print worth knowing

The tune-and-delete is the honest caveat: it's a show/track configuration, not 50-state emissions legal, which can complicate titling, registration and resale. The truck is awarded "AS IS" with no warranty, and the winner is on the hook for all taxes — a 1099 is filed on the full prize value — plus registration, licensing, insurance and title. Prizes are claimed in Crown Point, Indiana. Entry runs June 5 through July 12, 2026, drawing on or about July 18. Paid digital bundles start at Bronze ($50 for 2,500 entries at 50X). The free route is real: mail a 3x5 card to the Macedon, NY PO box for 50 entries, postmarked by July 12.

Why It's Special

Not a rare model on its own, but a one-off shop build: the "Venom" truck is a fully customized 2500HD Denali done as a matched package with two superbikes and a paint-matched trailer. The tuned-and-deleted Duramax is the big asterisk — a track/show setup, not 50-state emissions legal, which limits where it can be titled and registered.

Our value estimate

$144,000

Total package ARV is $144,000 per the official rules: truck (~$80k as-built) + 2026 Yamaha R1 ($24k) + 2023 BMW S1000RR ($20k) + 2026 trailer ($10k) + $20,000 cash. The truck: Ghost lists a $70k ARV, but a loaded 2025 2500HD Denali Duramax MSRPs ~$80-85k before the $15-25k custom build; the tune-and-delete is a show/track setup (not 50-state legal) which caps resale. ~$80k as-built is fair for the truck alone.
