What you're looking at
Tuner Cult's 100th giveaway is a Porsche the rules identify as a "2019 Porsche GT3-RS", which puts it in the 991.2 generation: the last GT3 RS built around the naturally aspirated 4.0-litre flat-six that revs to 9,000 rpm, rated at 520 hp in US trim and sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed PDK. Tuner Cult describes it as "CHALK PAINT | HIGH SPEC OPTIONS" and lists the Weissach package with an exposed-carbon hood, roof and spoiler, factory brushed-gold wheels and the factory GT3-RS graphics kit. Inside are carbon bucket seats, carbon trim, an Alcantara wheel and chalk stitching, plus three changes that did not come from Zuffenhausen: a chalk-painted roll cage, custom checker seat inserts and a Soul Performance exhaust.
Neither the page nor the rules give the odometer reading or the VIN.
Why it matters
The 991.2 GT3 RS is the car many Porsche people consider the high point of the naturally aspirated RS line. The 992 RS that followed is faster on track but heavier and far more aero-led. The Weissach package was the box to tick: carbon panels, carbon anti-roll bars and coupling rods, and roughly 40 lb less weight. As a result, Weissach cars command a clear premium over standard RS cars on the used market. Chalk is one of the defining colours of the period. The aftermarket exhaust and custom interior touches make this a personalised car rather than a time-capsule collector spec, so a buyer would want to know whether the factory parts come with it.
The fine print worth knowing
The winner's choice is not absolute. The page says the winner gets the Porsche plus cash "or the choice of $250,000 Straight CASH", and the rules also say the winner "will receive a choice between" the two options. Further down, the Prize section adds: "In the event of financial, operational, logistical, legal, regulatory, or other circumstances affecting the promotion or fulfillment of the prize, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine which Prize Option will be awarded. Sponsor’s determination shall be final and binding." In practice, the advertised car-plus-cash package ($342,000 by the rules' figures) can be swapped for the $250,000 cash option, or the reverse, at the sponsor's discretion if such circumstances arise.
The prize, as the rules state it: "2019 Porsche GT3-RS that has an approximately retail value (“ARV”) USD $282,000 plus $60,000 Cash (“Prize” or “Grand Prize”). Total Prize Value of $342,000." or "$250,000 Cash Prize award (“Prize” or “Grand Prize”)." Payment is spread out: "Option one vehicle and cash, the cash portion is paid out over six transfers, the prize option two cash is paid over twelve months." The ARV is the sponsor's own figure, and the rules add: "If the actual value of the Prize is lower than the stated ARV when Prize is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded."
Conditions on the winner. "The Grand Prize Winner must agree to visit the Sponsors specified Irvine, CA (the “Location”) within 30 days after validation." "The Grand Prize Winner must be available and agree to pick up the prize vehicle at a Sponsor-specified location within thirty (30) days of notification of availability from the Sponsor." "The potential Grand Prize Winner must sign and return to the Administrator, within three (3) days of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (if USA resident) or a Declaration of Compliance (if Canadian resident) in order to claim the Prize." "Prize vehicle will be awarded “AS IS” without warranty by Sponsor of any kind." "Prize vehicle may not meet safety or emissions testing required in some states, and/or counties/municipalities." "The Winner will be responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes associated with the receipt of the prize." Disputes "shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action", and a Canadian winner must answer "a mathematical skilltesting question posed by mail or telephone". Anyone who has won a prize vehicle in the last year is out: "HAS WON A SWEEPSTAKES OR CONTEST PRIZE VECHICLE WITHIN THE PAST TWELVE (12) CALENDAR MONTHS, THE ENTRANT IS INELIGIBLE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES."
How entries are counted. The rules' base rate is that buyers "will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each $1.00 of merchandise purchased (excluding tax and shipping)". The site's current headline rate of 300 entries per $1 comes from the rules' bonus clause: "During the Bonus Entry Period, Entrants who make a purchase at the Website will automatically receive between two (2) and one thousand (1,000) times their qualifying entries." Purchases can also earn extras that a free entrant cannot match, such as products that "select products may earn an increased entry multiplier, ranging from two (2) to ten (10) times the base entry multiplier" and spend-threshold bonuses ("Ex: 40,000 bonus entries awarded for a purchase of $300 or greater"). The rules also state: "The Sponsor will not offer any refunds on purchases made during the Sweepstakes Period."
The free route. A hand-printed 3"x5" card mailed to the PO box in the free-entry section counts as 50 entries. For mail-ins sent during a bonus period, the rules say: "If a mail-in entry is postmarked during a Bonus Entry Period, if a mail-in entry is postmarked during a Bonus Entry Period, it will be worth the multiplier designated by the Sponsor’s website. Example: 5X Bonus Period would equal two hundred fifty (250) entries." The rules don't say how the 50-entry base and the website multiplier combine at higher multipliers. The same paragraph also says "Your mail-in entry must have a postmark date that corresponds to a Bonus Period and be received within five (5) days of each Period’s deadline." It doesn't say whether that sentence also applies to cards mailed outside a bonus period. The postmark deadline, December 6, 2026, is a Sunday, and the rules state: "In the event a postmark date falls on a Sunday or federal holiday, the mail-in entry must be postmarked on the following business day."
Eligibility and the draw. Entry is open to adults in the US and Canada; the rules void Puerto Rico and US territories, while the site's footer also lists Quebec as void. "The drawing will be conducted on or about December 13, 2026." The drawing is run by American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc., 300 State St., Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614, which is named as the administrator.

Why It's Special
Final naturally aspirated 991-generation GT3 RS (2019 model year) with the factory Weissach package: exposed-carbon hood, roof and spoiler. The operator lists it in Chalk with factory brushed-gold wheels and the GT3-RS graphics kit.
Our value estimate
$282,000
Anchored to Tuner Cult's own figure: the rules value the 2019 GT3 RS at an ARV of $282,000, with $60,000 cash on top ("Total Prize Value of $342,000"). The $60,000 is listed separately as cash, so this number is the car alone. Recent public sales of 2019 991.2 GT3 RS Weissach cars have mostly been lower: a 576-mile Lizard Green car went for $260,000 on PCarMarket (January 2025), a black car for $237,500 (November 2024), and a Lizard Green car for $270,000 (mid-2023). Taken together, that puts this car's market value at roughly $240,000–$270,000, and the operator's ARV sits at the top of that range. Mileage is unpublished, and with it unknown we stay with the operator's figure rather than overriding it. A low-mile car would justify the ARV, a well-used one would sit nearer the low end. The aftermarket exhaust and custom interior work may help or hurt resale depending on the buyer. The rules also let the sponsor choose which prize option is paid in the event of "financial, operational, logistical, legal, regulatory, or other circumstances". If that happens, the sponsor decides whether the winner gets the car-plus-cash package or the $250,000 cash option.
