Limit one (1) entry code request per outer envelope. Both the outer envelope and the self-addressed return envelope must be handwritten. Typed, printed, or mechanically reproduced requests or envelopes will not be accepted. Any request that does not meet the handwritten requirements will be disqualified and destroyed. Subject to additional bonus entry promotional offers (detailed below), one entry code will be returned in the envelope provided, with equal bonus or multiplier entries to that of the highest promotional offer available at the time of receipt. Upon receipt of the entry code, the entry code may be registered either by visiting the specified website or by calling customer service directly. All requests for entry codes must be postmarked no later than the end date of the Promotion Period referenced in Section 3 and received no later than seven (7) days following the end date. All entry codes must be registered no later than fourteen (14) days after the end of the Promotion Period. No service charge or fee will apply to this method of entry. Mail for the Free Entry Method sent to any other address will be disqualified and destroyed. To the extent that bonus or special entries are being awarded as part of a promotional offer in connection with one or multiple of the foregoing entry methods (i.e., those related to a donation or a purchase), then the highest number of bonus or multiplier entries available on the date of the postmark of the AMOE will be awarded in connection with the free entry method requests postmarked within the relevant time period.
